Guest House
No 2, Road 3, Prince and Princess Estate, Abuja.
Another project at the Prince and Princess Estate is the Guest House located at No2, Road 3, Prince and Princess Estate which was started in March 2023. It is presently earmarked for use as an Air-b&b and is 90% completed as at February 2024. Estimated completion date is May 2024.

The Foundation Building
Opposite the Answarudeen Central Mosque in Ipetu-Ijesa in Osun State of Nigeria.
The "Foundation Building" project, also known as the 'Titus Kayode Petinrin Centre" was a small project started by SPAL Properties in 2022 and was completed in 2023. It presently houses the RAP Foundation and is located opposite the Answarudeen Central Mosque in Ipetu-Ijesa in Osun State of Nigeria.
